Always Mazda has to be a big headache. I have this module and already tried 5 times and still get internal failure. Please double check my clear files. Thanks.

Your dump is corrupted for sure, did you read it in-circuit? I recommend always to remove EEPROM on Mazda. I've reparied your dump and try it. Your number 1 try was pretty close.

Open the modul back cover, take a look at the Bosch driver chip it is either a 40063 or 48031 depending on the module , check to see if there is any damage, holes or any signs of burns. If you are getting internal failure code or aka death code B1342 then you have to replace the driver chip. Do you have the 0285011095 or the 0285011113 module?

Avdimon could also be right, mabye your dump is corrupted and you can load a clear dump from another module and test to see if you get the same code

Dump it is damaged in addresses 1AE0-1B00 and 1FB0-1FF0. I try to restore it 402932
