BMW e39 vdo Ike help needed

I accidentally updated the eeprom bin file in pasoft. And suddenly the led read out is completely lit up all pixels everything. Like a Christmas tree

This cluster was working perfect prior to my mishap it was a replacement cluster in 2004 (brand new)
