thank you kinketitua it looks like your solution works, drove it around for 2 days no codes. but now i have one more issue, readiness tests(monitors) don't get set, they all stay incomplete doesn't matter how much you drive.

i need to have all monitors set and no dtc in order to pass vehicle inspection.
