Could someone please tell me how to read or what to read with this EWS unit for a Land Rover Freelander 2? Any special pinouts or soldering to be done?

Tmpro has this module and adapter to tead the pic inside your box

Thank you. I dont have a tmpro. The guys i know that have the tmpro dont have that module.

Any other options? Tried to read with UPA and it reads the file as blank

I think this pic is secured, i have read one with minipro but im not sure if the read was a good one but it did contain data, is the Freelander a diesel? I assisted a friend with it i think we eventually fitted ews 3, was a dde ecu i got a set of data on the forum.

Yes it is a diesel automatic. It does look like it is secured. I asked around most of the local guys today and they all show them away to the dealers when they get them. We dont have enough of these around to justify the 2 tmpro modules price
