Fiat Brachetta immo

Hi

I have an ecu from Fiat Brachetta Hitachi with eeprom OKI 951 and number MFI-001 AA2 . I tried to fill all the eeprom with FF but it didn t work . Also i tried to remove OKI but the result was the same . Can someone has tested solution off for this ecu ?
