kess v2 4.036 token reset help please

Hi Guys,

I have a kess v2 china clone v4.036 serial K10033818.

I have 9 tokens on it, I have loaded kess v2.06 so I can use the last 9 tokens.

I have no res token and don't know how to reset, there's a few different methods I have found on here with the search button.
I have downloaded the re-set tool ECU-tuners v2.4, but it does not work, i have watched the videos online and cant get it respond the same way.
when i select the ksuite directory i still can not click the reset token count.

I also found a .cfg file on here for my serial and copied that into the update folder in the ksuite directory but that solution does not work either.

does anyone know what i'm doing wrong,
help would be very much appreciated
