hi guys

Got a Transit 2007, 93c76 i tried to do mileage on NYO4 but didnt work. i get error on dash. It seen correct mileage etc, so im asuming checksum wrong?

Can anyone put 123422 miles onto this dump please (it is on 169xxx miles now)

i have attached the nyo4 file thats incorrect for interest

Jamie,just byte swap the file,and write it back......It's just byte swapped !!

Yes mate...it is...the original file is byte swapped,that's why he's getting the error

NYO actually did do the calc okay,but somehow it's in reverse ;)

mmmm....maybe you are right, but when I read his original file (swapped) I got 270.645 kms (168.171 miles) on it and he says that his original mileage is 169.xxx miles now.

However If I swap bytes as you say I got 554.731 kms (344.693 miles) on it.

What am I doing wrong?...I want to learn

thanks guys, but iv wrote it the same way as read, so the bites are not swapped in the cluster, the file is identical to original apart from mileage at 044 - 05B but im getting error.

can someone double check it please??
