Citroen C5 2006 2.0 HDI - DPF OFF & EGR OFF (help please)

Hello members, can anyone help me to make my Citroen C5 DPF and EGR free.

The car is:
Citroen C5 2006 2.0HDI 93kw
With ECU: Siemens SID803
5WS40207D-T
HW: 9655041480
SW: 9656171580

I have read it with FGTech Galleto v54 Clone, via BDM, Read All used.
Here are the zip file containing all files readed.

Please anyone help me, DPF OFF and EGR OFF.

Also Dont Forget, need checksumed file !!!
Galleto v54 will not checksum it in writing via BDM.
