I have a w209 I have original key and was able to read nec chip. If I have another key, can I program same info and will key work?

If you have tools which can read the password from the eis/key then you can read the hashes and generate keys.
If you don't have tools that can read the password then you must read the eis dump manually and then generate keys

ssid is just placed like vin, well in hex instead of ascii

you probably will need to renew ecu
