It's from a Renault Kangoo / 2005.

Thanks for your help and reply. However, didn't worked...
Crash it's cleared, but I have both pre-tensioner (driver and passenger) fault.
I can't clear DTC.

I don't know, for sure, but perahps the ECU software it's faulty...?

Do you have any idea?

Perhaps both seatbelts were activated in the collision. Replace them or at least temporarily bypass them with resistor to see if codes will clear.

Yes! In fact both pre-tensioners were activated.
Replaced them and the van it's "brand new" again.
However I had to find another eprom file, here in the forum to program the eprom. This one didn't worked. Changed the VIN and voil?!
