cmax edc16c34 egr off

I have this car with p0407 code and i can not switch it off always remain on!Can you make egr off to this file?The code will be off then?Because i read that this code has relation with throttle valve.

I have checked for supply and i have only 5 volt the value of 12v is missing is that ok?The wiring from ecu is ok.

after looking in the AD wiring diagram you should have the following:
pin 5 - earth
pin 1 - 5 V
pin 6 - 2 V at idle, 3.5 V at 3000 rpm
you are right about the code, it is related to the throttle valve. a friend of mine solved the problem by replacing the throttle valve assembly
