you flash inside show ECU part number 8917F-0R092 .....
check your reading file again

Main flash 512kb. eeprom 128kb. you can write eeprom all area FF FF FF
that mean your no crash data inside

Toyota Rnesas SRS Module type blank eeprom = No Crash Data
blank eeprom = ff ff all bytes
