View Full Version : Tiguan 2.0 TDI BOsch EDC17CP04 UDS - MPPS bringing up file scrambled on write? ??

After reading file and editing it with ecm with no issues , but on writing it back its telling me file scrambled cannot continue.
This mpps is v16., am i missing something? all help appreicated if even small.

do you trye to write back the orignal file ?
do you make checksum (mpps v16 not calculate checksum for edc17 )

Hi i did try writing original back aswell with same error message, i thought mpps v16 did do check sum for edc17, its a clone version and have read/write other edc16 with no issues. Whats my best option to calculate checksum for edc17, i take it ecm titanium does not do this when saving mod file. Is it as simple as opening mod file in winols? If so what version best to go for?>

mpps v18 do checksum , you can trye with other tool by obd or on the table in bootmode

car dont start ??? read file in boot mode and send all to me eeprom flash i think i can do it for you
