LAGUNA III 3.0V6 DCI DPF OFF

HI all
may I ask You for check what is wrong with modified file (dpf off) made for RENAULT LAGUNA 3 with 3.0 liter V6 DCi 235 engine (EDC16+)?

DPF canister has been cutted - with this dpf off file - car runs ok but after about 300 kilometers ECU sets ERROR CODES - with those codes car still runs OK

do you know what you change in file?
Better make a better file because you do nothing with car

not really- I'm not brave enought to play with this king of file - my friend made it for me but seems he doesn't know how to remove dpf from this file either.
could You put more light on what is wrong or help with proper solution for this car
