S3 8l Cluster dead after lcd change / Need help

I have a S3 8L cluster


After changing the lcd I connected cluster on bench to test pixels.


No problem cluster (bip and pixels ok ) .. OK, I reassembled everything


I reconnect to retest after assembly but its not working at all


The cluster turns on but bo Bip and show nothing, not even the km (see picture)


Someone have an idea on already had the same problem , I do not know what is the problem
No false manipulation or other ..

No I checked everything was ok after soldering I powered cluster on the bench and worked great
Now nothing happen
