This file is removed particulate filter and removed any errors. In order to see errors in the diagnosis you need to download the original file (OBD Kline.zip). There is another way - to make one more file without particulate filter and thus it is not necessary to remove errors from the new file (in Swiftec v2). Then, in the diagnosis, you can also see errors. If after that will be not errors then can be made a good tuning file.

I know that some guys like to disable the whole system, personally i prefer to fool around the minimum and just remove what is actually needed.
