2004 Seat Alhambra mileage advise please

Lads I have got 2004 Seat Alhambra I am trying to adjust mileage with Vag Prog, this tool reading up to 70 percent then says no communication, any idea?
I tried with software ford galaxy and sharan.

Tacho universal failed, any one tried on the bench which chip to read or soldering points if any one can help please.

I found this from another forum I will let you know how I got on.
YOU must open cluster de-solder eeprom 93c86 read and write.
