2006 Nissan Altima Hitachi MEC120-150

Hi,

I have a Nissan Altima with ECU fried but want to read data and clone to another ECU. Other ECU I programmed Keys but VIN Mismatch is still there.

What tool can read this ECU for cloning? Or is there an eeprom that can be swapped?
