ppv and ppn

hi lads
happy owner of a 500c since friday, bought ready to go, I just plugged in and it works ....all but ppv and ppn
for ppv channel there is only a black screen with no information
for ppn there is only the ad to pay 5? to watch it

anyone can help please

ps. i'v serched, went through old post but couldn't find any info, so sorry if there was any instead and I could not find it

ps2. on E*PN after few hours of live show the audio seemed a bit delayed..is it normal? changed channel and back to E*PN and it was ok

ppv stays blank untill an event is due to come on and dont worry about the ads when the event is broadcast you will have it, i dont now about the audio it is not normal to have a delay

I think my prob with the channels are Service and Bouquets not updated so.... does anyone have Services and Bouquet for ex N*L please? I'm Based in Greenock

Audio delay sorted, I've installed the DK1.1 and folllowed all the steps in the various giudes and posts

probably the image installed (PLi something) from the seller was not so good :)

channels are working fine other than the "night" one that are still showing only ads
