Your car start on 2 seconds?If not your problem is another.

This is UDS protocol, ECu and no Immo off solution. Only data transfer with full Immo On.
With Immo off car will only crank and not start, If you flash it back to original state , car will start and turn off for 2-3 sec.

Even with bad tuning file in it you should be able to read it in Boot mode . In boot mode you connecting to MCU not to file.
Once you connect to MCU you can read it what ever you have in it. Immo data will be in eeprom but Flash need to decypt it. and flash decrypt key can not be delete form flash , it is in OTP area.

ok , i took original ecu and connect with ktag ,but it does not read (saying ecu not recognized ) ,
donor ecu reads 100% no issues ,
i put orignal back into van and diagnose it , fault code says ecu faulty (using maxisys pro) starts and cuts diagnose again and ecu faulty and unknown fault error code
pls help Mr Yugo

With out old ECU or cluster Immo block nothing can be done.

Did you try to read Boot mode with Ktag, or OBD?
Maybe try with Galleto2 boot mode read if you have someone close to you.
