You need to come up with model/year/engine-diesel*petrol etc.
Best if you could read out the info with VCDS or similar.

you load here engine ecu dump = (03C 997 057 C) not dash dump,so you need immo off? or pin? & about to check if your dash = (1k0 920 851 M) dumps is OK or maybe dash hardware problem,first you must read micronas and load it here.

No, you cannot repair only 24c32, and no you cannot make cluster with your tool.
