Fiat 500 airbag light

This Fiat 500 had airbag light on, there was no DTC's . I opened unit, cleared crash data from 95320 , but still have no DTC, and airbaglight is on.
Anyone knows how to fix this?

ecu is siemens 5WK43908

It was airbag ecu removed in proxy:
Body Computer Node (NBC): EOL Ok
Engine Control Node (NCM): Ok
Electric Steering Node (NGE): Ok
Dashboard Node (NQS): EOL Ok
Receiver Radio (NRR): Ok
Brake System Node (NFR): Ok
Airbag Node (NAB): Removed


I made proxy alignemet and light is gone, but now on display it says: Fuel cut-off unavailble , what does that mean? also no dtcs about it

it was bought like that, maybe previous owner was tring to hide faults
