vcds ross tech interface problems

i have a vcds running 12.12.8.0 but ive hit the upgrade button by accident and its just updated to 16.8 but when i plug my interface in (vag 14 hex-can) it keeps coming up interface not found has anybody got a full download of 12.12.8,0 ross tech software as i would like to get this up and running again any help is very appreciated thanks

if your a garage and charge people get a real one 300 notes is cheap for this unit all day

ive just bought it and i was told it was a real one but friend says its not

If it is geniue then you need to update and it will work ok , your interface is probably fake and while updating got bricked since firmware is blacklisted so you can throw it in garbage, if you want to buy original no need to buy from friend or search for source, you can buy from official distributors, you have list on their website

you can pick these up 2nd hand original less then 200 quid on ebay quite often, I brought 1 and it was so refreshing to just press update and it works... I would buy original again without question, even if you want one just for you own car.
