Inside is 24C01 but in my practice not have locked radio...
Try disconnected battery for 5 min or wait 1 hour (i think)

That is enough info, radio is powered cca 1 hour, I will wait more, if this not help I will disconnect power to try second hint.
I can read memory chip in last solution, but need to search a litle in radio :)
