If you dont want to solder any wire to the processor, use BDM points, however, first test continuity with a multimeter from processor to bdm points.

Leg 52 of the processor is GROUND
Leg 25 of the processor is BKGD
Leg 54 of the processor is RESET
Leg 55 of the processor is VCC
