changing the mileage golf 3

i have a golf 3 vr6 and i'd like to change the mileage.
some years ago a bought a cable + software to change the mileage on ebay, but i cant find it.

can anybody tell me how to do?
i need cable

and need software.

i have to put the cable to the tacho. but i dont know how

Golf3 cannot be done to OBD2. Need to remove dash and look.
You need a eeprom programmer and NYO4 or licznik.
LE: Depends of version you will find 93c46 or 93c56.
