Or how to open and what chip is inside ?

If need I have more used such ECU and there is 1 for sale brand new learns for 2 affected keys.
If you buy New ECU then after key learning bike no start only show fault.
I my new ECU prepare instant use.

New ECU minimum 2 pieces TEMIC-11 code system key
Ignition with masterkey 2sec ON and OFF
Ignition with servicekey1 2sec ON and OFF
optional Ignition with servicekey2 2sec ON and OFF
Ignition with masterkey 2sec ON and OFF
Learning done

But bike no started block works show yellow LED.
need Piaggio P.A.D.S.
or my software works COM1-COM9 PC work time 2 minute
and bike start no problem

I try read file with Kline but the memory read reply blocking ECU.
gained system I can penetrate but memory access mode all command 4 pieces 34 3B 36 37
the 36 read block my parameter all try

50% key sample correct done

50% = 32768 pieces

but memory reading big work
