I have done "Read" with MPPS v13 of my ECU, made change in ECUSAFE 2.0 (EGR and DPF off). Did cheksum and all Ok
Then disaster !! "Write" process in MPPS software started Ok, than suddenly at 40% popped MPPS window error (An error has occurred...). Car is dead :(
Now ECU is flashed, empty, and every time I start WRITE process, the same window error pops. Tried different laptop, nothing. I used .bin extension for file, and with no extension at all.
Car is Peugeot 307 2.0 hdi 79kw, EDC15C2. 2003.
Can anyone help ? I badly need car the day after tomnorow :(

M8, those ~~~~*ng softwares are not the best solution.
To try recover... set low writting speed and try to write back ori file.
Post ori file here to check if its good data or its corrupt.
Regards.

Thanks for replay m8. To be honest, my heart is broken, probably along with this ECU.
Here is original and modified file.

You did from start wrong. EDC15 need to do in boot -mode for best result.

Search EDC15 boot -mode, you can found photos and howto recovery.....

Good luck!

Boot mode for old ecu is easy, most case only one pin to ground. SO as heteromies say check some info in google.
About crashing, probably you use high speed and thats make error in transmission, bad clone quality, or to low voltage from battery.

The worst thing what u made there anyway is using ecusafe... good luck !

At the end of the day, I managed to solve problem, somehow. hours of googling and than buying proper cables and tools... Ecu was totaly empty. Pin 24 to the ground, ecu boot mode, etc.
Now it all seems simple, but in the begining it was all so fogy....
Thanks for replays m8s, it helped, pointed me to the right direction.
