2014 BMW fem

Fitted can filter in fem unit now when you start car wipers on all the time ,cruise control fault,no Ac, no indicators , car starts and speedo works. Can a used fem unt be coded in ? If I have to get one from main agent is it plug and play or does that need to be coded? If anyone in uk has a used unit so I can try and trace connections on pcb (will pay for) thank you for any help or advice

Have you checked wiring , or possibly fault filter

and have you put the fuses back in the fem correctly

What company blocker did you use, also have u remove the blocker and put CAN filter back to see if it solve the issue

Elprosys filter have checked connections cannot replace CAN damaged when removed:( another reason iam asking if anyone has a used fem I can buy

You don't need a used fem , could be a filter that's faulty , have you checked fuses in fem

filter faulty, I have problem on f20 2015 like this with same filter change it. good luck

check that 5 amp fuse on fem again cause thatll make wipers run

Have checked all fuses in fem and removed them one by one with engine running wipers kept going

which filter did you use? (then we know not to use them).. thnx

Remove elprosys blocker. Put back can reader on PCB in fem. Then start the car and check if you still have same problem. I use filters from Codecard, 10pc for 550EU. Never get problem, and can update car after
