hi
i have bmw damage ecu
i try to read the old flash but no luck
i buy used ecu and post the new flash and old ews
need to coding and sync ews with ecu to star this car please411315

you need a INPA, or BMW scanner 1.4. (if your DME is older motronic, or MS41...etc vith EWS2 etc)

In INPA:
-goes to online to car
-go to your serie (ie E36)
-Got to engine, press F3 "coding". The inpa show your data's. You need the ISN number. 3 digit hexadecimal. ie "d74"
-Now, go back to menu, and go to EWS (need a working good key!), and press F6 "activate", then press "write ISN"
-pop up the window, and you can write the new ISN : ONLY for the last 3 digit!, the "0x is neccessary!
-tada.. the dme, and the ews is "synched".

ok, i see this is a M43TUB19 engine with Z3... it has a EWS 3D (3D! not 3)
if inpa not working, need BMW scanner 1.4 that can re synch the EWS3 and DME...
