help to reset smart key dump for 4runner 2010 89990-35010

pls i need help to reset the smart key for 4runner 2010 model the car have one starting key but i want to reset smart key to can add used key it cant reset
help pls

to add a used key, you need to reset smart box and id code box as welll

No need to remove id code for adding used key only smart ecu reset will work.. tomorrow I'll give u reset

Hello Cyril,
I am on vacation and dont get home till next Wednesday. If someone has not helped you yet i will be happy to. You must have a virgin key to program. I normally write a used key into the dump and use it to "add" a key. That is impractical in this case so contact me by skype and i will reset your dump and return it.

What is the problem and how u tried to add key??

i try to add key woth x100 it beep but cant open ignition the car was starting

hello i try to add key it ask me to put the learned key and them new key and it show program ok but no ognition
