before flashing you must disable the Additive/fap with pps2000 in the bsi & ecu and erase all dtc

but on this citroen dont work ok. About manual removing... I dont have knowledge to do that.

ok, i disable dpf and ecu not detect fault for it, im run abaut 1 week and no faults found for ecu but when remap, ecu detect excesive air flow at the intake and egr fault, delphi adjusts the some thinks that others, but have more input signals to actuate

Hello,
I have a problem with removing FAP in Citroen C5 1.6 HDI with EDC16C34 fitted. I have flashed the ECU with file DPF OFF attached but after few days the customer came back and told me that the car went in limp mode and a info on dash appeared: Antipollution Fault. I scanned it with lexia and there were 2 intermitent faults stored: one about glow plug and other about engine FAN. I checked FAN and glow plugs and its relay and everything is fine. Could someone check the files attached by me if the FAP is properly removed from flash ? I also used in lexia FAP replace option, reset the two counters and also eolys refill option. I tried to disable FAP in BSI but lexia asked me for a code to alow it wich i don't have. Thanks in advance for any info.

all dtc table is erased...... what fault u have with ori file?

Maybe you lost all config from the ecu. Check the inyector codes and configuration of the ecu. Its probably your lost them when you write by OBD .

I`ve just write my ecu with the file you gave me and nothing happend !
"Check engine " still lighted and the beep with "anti pollution fault" error appears on the display when i started the car ! Do I have to do other things after writing ?! (Like go to the service and clear all errors with their proffesional interface?!)
When i went to the service first time the diagnostic error with their interface was something about "catalytic converter ....sensor....temperature ....99 degrees" (i do not remeber it exact) and they said to me that the fap filter must be deactivated from ecu soft ! Could they be wrong about this?! Do I have other problem ?!

For P1446 you try just reset fap parametars.. go to ECU, set up new fap and new bag for aditiv, same do in pump for aditiviation.. You can check to in parametars
ECU>Parametars standard>FAP Info , find aditiv level value... Full tank is ~ 2100ml, empty is <100ml . .
