Help immo polo 2003 not start not add keys...

Hi friends, another problem and i'm lost. I readed all post about this ecu and immo 3 and not possible immo off.

This car has got immo 3, 93c86 and micronas in dash. VD0 6Q0920820 V13
Car start 2 sec and stop. Light immo blink all time.

Ecu: Polo 1.4 BBy 2003 Magneti marelli 036906034DD Iaw4mv.DD

I have got pin 02620 but impossible match keys. Loged, channel 21, writte 1 or 2 keys, i tried many times, test, writte and shows 0 keys. With AVDI commander in standard mode the same happens.
fail in dash 01176 signal too low, the ring is new. wiring black and green to dash is checked wiring and 23ohms. I opened dash and welding all pin connectors, but nothin happens.

here is eprom ecu 95080 readed by hand with orange5 and dash 93c86 readed by avdi by obd.

I have readed many times this problems in forum and perhaps broke dash or corrupt data eprom?

Do you know how emulator works? I call by telephone 3 stores and nobody confirm if will works

dump have one key programmed. if device show ''0'' keys it's mean transponder can't be read. did you try with new transponder or original one? emulator working at this ecu tested by me. k line from emu goes at w line of ecu. we can try write manualy data from new id48 transponder for test if you want.

Hi! I tried with 2 news id 48. I think haven't got connection ring to dash but this is checked.

One it's maker by tango but not polo 2003, i haven't got. It's make by golf4 vdo, recognize key 1 and 2 with dump

but dash said 0 keys programm.

resolder good all pins at both connectorss at cluster or try with emulators.

Try leaving the ignition on for 10 minutes before trying to programme the key. There is a 10 minute lockout on the 9N after pulling the pin code but ignition must be left on.

I think you have problem in plug conector, it is standard fault in Polo.

I'm workin in the car. I'm wiring pin inside dash, wiring 2 cables directly to coil. I tried yesterday login and wait 10-15 minutes. always the same. Not start! keys 0!



This morning change coil by another car. I writte keys!! i get writte 2 keys! car start 10 times!! all units clean and all perfect!!

1 hour later, car close, not touch nothing!! turn key on!!! light immo blink!! 01176 short to ground, keys programed 0

Bad dash. I change dash by used scrap and adapt channel 50 keys 21 and car start perfect!!
I could swapped dash at second day!! :palm::palm::palm:

Only isn't the same ref. and 44 steering assist fail 01317, light steering is on and steering is strong.
46 comfort give me fail 01312.

Coding its' the same in two dash. Perhaps data micronas it's different? how I could clone it?

only 44 steering 01317 79-00 control module in instrument cluster (j285)
46 central conv 01312 powertrain data bus 79-00

I can't clear fails. With original dash car not start but 44 and 46 it's clean. With used from scrap car start but steereng fails.

I think is problems can. Perhaps other any module need other coding? i'm checking with vcds and coding it's correct in all units!
Could change eprom and micronas old dash to used scrapyard?
