X3 3.0d EDC16C31 TVA problem

Hi everyone!
Had to remove TVA from car and tried to buy solution from "tuner". But this solution is not working - still having error about TVA.
Maybe someone can take a look at files and say where is the problem?
I'm attaching ori and two mod files.
