BMW edc17 FAP EGR OFF please

This E91 have alot of problem with fap and occcasionally with egr , but im scared about the writing , is some
kind of precautions ? i see if it is upated by dealer write is a BIG risk is it right ?
kan someone make te fap and egr off in this file ?
