Is there guide in the forum on How to Create your own Dbox image??

I have tried a search and found nothing related to this.

Primarily, I would like to create an image with my own animated startup, is this possible and how.

There's a very good guide here for creating dbox images.

Tuxbox Newmake for DUMMIES (http://www.team-commando.co.uk/newmake/)

Some good links at the bottom of the page too.

Graet work, thank you mate for this link.
I have, maybe a stuped question:

do gentoo users have to change some USE option in the make.conf file?

Thank you (Merci)

As far as I know the pc boots from the live cd & treats it as the hard drive so in that case you could not compile an image with it.

Never played with it much so I dont know if you could configure it to work with a hard drive or another storage device ?
