NOOB Question: How to read ECU? Which interface?

Hi guys,
sorry for my dumb Question!
I am willing to learn to program ECUs in order to turn off DPF EGR IMMO and stuff like this.
I would like to learn how to read ECUs and how to create dumps.
Which interface is required? It should be nice and cheap as my budget is very limited ( im a student).
I have the following Interfaces at home; Delphi Ds150e, vagcom, BMW dcan kcan, opcom and elm327

I would appreciate any Further information. Sorry for my noobish Question, im a beginner and im really willing to learn!

Hello,
Best tools you can buy are: Fgtech or KESS
These tools works by OBD, however always buy the complete tool with all accessories.
It will allow you to read/write by BDM, and boot mode (very important for EDC17), etc.

I recommend you to buy an european tool and not a chinese cheap tool. You might have problems with chinese tools...
You should also search on Digital Kaos, search on internet and watch videos. All information is available.
