BMW 525d ECU EDC16 0281011120 1037361890 flash problrm

Hi, can someone have look on this flash and see what is wrong please?
as the car when is cold has no communication with the ecu at all, when was worm outside it was ok or sometimes I had to turn key few times and it started normally.

sounds like a solder joint , has the ecu been apart before , if yes look for damage

thanks for quick reply, I have resolder nearly all components, including reflow on MPc, when I changed for different flash car stars normally and see ecu when is cold, but in the morning starts, but doesn't work properly for about 1min
and the ecu wasn't opened before me, I have another ecu which I have cloned and same story with the flash from genuine ecu
