software to dump file remaping ecu

is there any software that has to remaping ecu files, so I could edit the dump file, to determine the timing, injector, temperature, combustion.
maybe anyone knows how to remaping ecu?

winols is the best if you can master the software, i cant lol.

which tool do you think is better to do ecu programming ?? i often use xprog box,but i want more. you have advice for me ?
