All looks to be ok.However currently I cannot connect to ecu other than in boot mode.I noticed that the pad thats used to short the eeprom looks to be missing.Meaning someone possibly tried to repair or modify the ecu??Would this have any affect on ecu function??The pad that is missing/lifted from the board is circled in red here.

This should have ZERO effect to ECU functionality.

Thats what I thought.I guess I'll have to try another ecu and see if it does the same thing or not.I tried reflashing with original bin.Still same issue. In boot mode no problem. However via obd and communication does not work no response from ecu.

Is it possible for the ecu to be stuck in bootmode???I can read with galletto clone without shorting pin 24 to ground and the read is good and not corrupt. It almost seems as if the ecu is always in bootmode.Possible??If yes how can this be fixed???

If the pad is blown it is possible that you may have lost the high level on pin 24 at boot time, it could explain the permanent bootmode issue, or maybe you think the pad was put there only for you to make boot mode kick in? :)

Try another ecu, or find if the pad was connected to somewhere else before go to pin 24 and remake the missing bridge. Remember pcb is multilayer, that means you may not see the connection of the pad on the surface, but in inner layer.

Flashed to ECU.File is no good.Low voltage supply fault stored after every key cycle. Also readiness resets.Reflashed with stock bin.Issue is gone.Leads me to believe checksum correction is wrong.

Original file, no modification

Thank I already got it sorted. At first I thought you have a bad power supply relay as thats the fault that would store every time the key was cycles.P1602.But I noticed readiness code would also erase every key cycle.I suspected a incorrect checksum correction. So I corrected the checkssum myself. It's now good.No issues.Thank you for following up.
