Tunisia streaming tool

Hi there,
every time I try to use this tool, I get about 10 seconds of streaming and than it stops.
Also, in comparison with Dreamview it starts very slow.

Are these two problems normal and is there any way to make them better.

D7000S, PC Dual core 2,6GHz, Download 6000, Upload 756
