its not locked just dont want erase dtc

You reached maximum times allowed dtc clear by diagnosis. It is 50 times on psa.

Need read eeprom by programmer and clean it manually.

You joking right :rofl: , on psa you reach 50 times in one month with all the faults he have, and this is edc15 so its round 10 years old at least , so counter over 99999, any way not true at all.

No mate, not joking at all. There are 50 available slots to save dtc deletion history. Once you fill them all you can't delete dtcs anymore.
