what is the best tool which is secured to read cas3 cas3+ without doing damage

so far, VVDI work good for me... smok is usually my 1rst choice... R260-270 works, but I had some kind of failure with mine after only maybe 20-30 read/write. I just don't use it anymore. (chinese crap though)
there are many other good one, but in the "cheap zone" I think your best bet would be VVDI prog.

Xprog working fine with cas2, cas3, and cas3+ .i'm interested for vvdi prog...

Mostly I use good Chinese R260, I have made more than 100+ CAS and it never failed. Easy to use + connection guide photos. Best choice for that price.

Best Tool for CAS and EZS is orig. ROSFAR R260. No damage in 10 Years.

I been working with all the programmer above,and i can say the UPA-S programmer
is the fastest and the safest for cas2,3,+3, and can also R/W cas 4 (5M48H).
So far I did 4 cas4 (5m48h) and the newest one was from BMW 2015
