Bad read mate, read again.

Yor file was too long. 93C56 EEprom only has address til FF.
I tried to fix it. Please try the file and post results.

still bad read, did you desolder eeprom ?

Yess i did desolder even used 2 diferent tools. Will re check and post.
How to tell if it is wrongly read ?
the ic is L56
am reading throught 93c56. is this the error ?

Should be good now i think i read as 93c56 am using another tool to read i did desolder am using carprog this time
please help me clear this

No, but some programmers have option to read 8 or 16 bits. You should check your option. I believe if not mistaken that it should be read as a 16 bit EEPROM

This is a file I have with tested solution. Please try it. If not working, swap bytes and try again (. It should work. I have used it several times.

pwd is the same.

If lc you should read and write as microchip lc

Ps in some off these nissans you must also check datasheet for rotated pins on the eeprom .
Then make adaptor to fit to it ,,,,

whats the diference between 16 bits and 8 bits ?

8.16.32.64 128....... and you cAN FILL THE REST M8 ..
But some software like 16 bit or 8 bit to reset crash or anything else .....

Read in both organization, save files, open files in hex editor, use yours eyes and turn your brain in ON position. And you will see it.
