My cousin have Opel Vectra A. 2.0 C20NE

I have question.

1. How (it is posible?) change RPM Limit in this car or OFF RPM limit :) ?

2. Meabe someone help me tune file from ecu this car?

This is project my and my cousin. If anyone is interested i can show pictures. :)
