Hi there,
I have had the Skybox F5s for 3 years. The box is connected to a Onkyo Receiver using a HDMI cable. Recently i have been experiencing the following issues but require help please.
Here are the issues:
When i start the box, the LCD/LED screen that shows the progress only goes up to 99 and then it stops. I have to unplug the power cable and reinsert it for it to 100 and successfully load up.
Today i faced another issue. I started the box and it loaded BBC1 channel successfully but when i navigate to any of the channels after that, the box just displays a blank/black screen, no text or anything and i cannot navigate up or down the channel list.
What i have tried so far?
Unplugged all devices and only connected the Skybox F5s to the receiver.
Swapped the HDMI cable with a different HDMI cable.
Can someone tell me please why is this happening and are there any solutions to the above issues?

I resolved issue number #2 by deleting the channel list, factory reset and reflashing the most recent channel list by AJ.
I hope this will help others who may be experiencing the issue.
