Guys, if I only copy EEPROM from old ECU to new will work ? or the OTP part in flash will avoid it to work ?

Can be, but i think ecu is dead sonehow because files seem good. Unless someone have uploaded other car's files to that ecu and that's why engine no start.

no, I boot with kess, make a stg2 start writing and stop at 99%.
after that kess couldn't write flash but could read the clone file (corrupt ), that's all in a old topic mine.
fgv54 can't read password, new genius could write original file in bench (no boot), mpps could make in boot and I was able to read eeprom and flash.

Files look good to me. all checksums ok. and your file differs from same original other car just after 0x17f00 the next 0xff bytes block. Which i guess are personal keys for your ecu.
So i would review the ecu for any little solder ball or joint that can be on pcb as result of the bootmode. Or damage on opening process.
