full bdm med 9.5.1 0 golf 5 1.6fsi

Hi I readed flash obd and try to write mod file with fgtech but it stop on 85% and now is dead,removed and tryed on bdm file what I read over obd but same ecu dead.Can anybody make a file from my obd read and bdm read after or have full bdm file ?Thank you
