VW 2011 NEC/UDS Spare key

Hi!
I have a question... How do look like making a spare key without programing by dealer in VW Caddy 2011y, with White&Black Dash (UDS)?
First - Extract pin. ECU or Dash?
Second - Preparing dealer key - bought in dealer or you have others tools that works great?
Third - programming. Did you know any tools? As far as I know, VCDS can't do immo4 programming, am I right?

So read eeprom in dash. Then? VCDS looks like wasn't be able to program key. Is there any procedure? Maybe someone was using VAG TachoK+Can (version 5?) with this?

you need good tools for this job.aroud vvdi2,supervag,avdi or read eeprom put dump to key programmer (tango,ade,vvdi2,tm100....) make dealer key and programming

You could read ECU with cheap galletto.
Post here, and get pin.
Buy key from dealer, it is already prepped with the CS.

Ok... What if I will buy a non-remote key from a dealer, then move chip to yes-remote second hand key. Cut a key and then... Program with? VCDS?
