Hi all member, i have a W210 2.2CDI 1999. Problem is the key stop turn ezs, i make new key, but is the same problem, i program the new mcu to new ignition whive the same number, but the same problem. I search any solution to repaire eprom from EZS and ECU. I am waiting for any help or good advice.
EZS number 210 545 02 08, ECU BOSH 0 281 010 193.

what is dump named mot2 bin? if content from mcu2 your problem may be there.

I have new EZS and esl, and key. Its any way to make ecu autosync? I think its will be easier.

Your virgin dump is OK - tested this method many times.
What exactly happens when you use the virgin ECU dump? Please provide actual values, fault codes in EZS and ECU. Can you turn the key in the EZS?

Friend, you have uploaded exactly the same virgin file, which he said he already tried. Anyway I agree with you that this is the right way to make it virgin the thing is that he says this file does not work for him.

The problem is not in the ecu.
The key would turn in the ezs, even without ecu. Right?!?
You need to be a 100% sure that it is not the elv. You tried the emulator for this.

Hook up a different ezs, with emulator in this vehicle. To rule out any wiring and connector failure.

How do you know if the problem is in the ecu, or not without having information from him? I have no intention to argue with you, I just noted that the file you have uploaded is exactly the same as the one he uploaded. So, if he says with this file it didn't work there is no reason why it should work with your file.

Yes, of course the key will turn in the EZS if the key, EZS and ESL are "matched". That is why I am asking him to provide actual values, fault codes and to describe in more deails his problem.

I did not check his file, just made it auto sync.
He writes. that the key does not turn in the ezs.

I like to swap stuff, butt agree, fault codes would help.

That set dump. You can not rewrite it normal dump MCU. Hashes key may be damaged and esl, be tried first with the emulator. The keys preferably use 3, 4, 6, 7.
